Who Are We? Dare Dreamers is a Strategic Alignment and Innovation Firm headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, USA. We work with our clients to assess needs, strengths, opportunities for improvement, needed resources, innovative opportunities, and untapped talent. We work as a collaborative partner to facilitate the development and execution of a living, breathing Strategic Plan that is aligned with our client's purpose, mission, vision and values. Our certified coaches provide on-going group and/or individual coaching that assist our clients in moving out of thought and into action, to build knowledge and skills, to raise consciousness and accountability, and to reach their highest potential by implementing the commitments they make to themselves, their employees, and their customers. What Do We Do? The process is simplified by describing the three main areas we focus on:  1.) Assessments - Individual and/or Organization Individuals – Utilizing individual profiles and 360 Degree Assessments. Organizations – Our goal is to begin all relationships with the Organizational Effectiveness Survey in order to provide relevance, significance and direction. Teams - We help assess team roles, functions, engagement, communication, effectiveness, and dynamics, so we can develop targeted goals and actions steps to take them to the next level. 2.)  Strategic Planning – Comprehensive planning with an individual, organization, specific teams or divisions. 3.)  Implementation- Coaching the individual and/or team, leadership and employee development, and process improvement. Implementation may also include education and training to build the skill and knowledge areas needed to accomplish your strategic priorities. This approach was developed to enable our clients to be more pro-active and strategically sound in their approach to Organizational Development, rather than re-active to the symptoms of unidentified core issues and/or underlying problems.
